DRYER

Very pleased with Dryer Vent Guy and his associate Cody. From start to finish very professional and did extra clean up under my dryer. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely polite, courteous, and on time. Performed the work requested he suggested a few minor things to improve our dryer efficiency. I highly recommend. Don't overlook your dryer maintenance. We have been. Considering purchasing a new dryer. Not now ours work just fine.

There were only 5 stars offered for this review but I am giving Brandon at least 10 stars for the job he did at my home. First of all, he is extremely conscientious and thorough in his work and my dryer performs better now than it has in all the 14 years that I have lived here. It got to the point where I was having to run my clothes through 2 and 3 cycles just to get them dry and now it takes less than an hour. He cleaned out piles of old lint buildup that had probably been accumulating since my condo was built 30 years ago. He took pictures of what he had pulled out of the vent over the roof of my garage and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I'm sure it was probably a fire hazard just waiting to happen. It was also a very hot 95 degree day in July when he had to climb up on top of that hot garage roof and then also went up into my attic where it had to be at least 110 degrees. I went up there for about 30 seconds and couldn't stand it anymore and came back down. In retrospect, I would have waited another month or so when it was a little cooler, but Brandon never uttered a single complaint about the heat. He was more concerned about getting every speck of lint out of the ductwork in the walls and also checking that there were no obstructions in the ductwork in the attic. My dryer is also in a very tight space in my laundry room so he also installed a magnetic dryer vent hose connector on the back of my dryer that makes it so easy to pull in and out to reconnect without having to also move the washer out in order to be able to get behind the dryer to reattach the vent hose. My whole laundry experience is not even a chore anymore. I highly recommend Brandon as one of the most professional, courteous, efficient technicians that has ever come to my home. I told him that I wished he was a handy man so that I could hire him to do all my home repairs. Thank you again Brandon for a job well done.
